For guests within driving distance of the venue, there is free onsite parking.

Hoping for good weather our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors behind The Smithville Inn on their back patio, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors.

We have reserved a room block at The Colonial Inn located right in the heart of the Smithville village. If you would like to stay the night you may call or go online to book your room. Please when booking a room use code LopeBeck to be in our room block. There are 20 rooms blocked for our wedding. whatever rooms that are not reserved before December 17th, 2025, will be reopened to the public. So please book before then!

We love your children, but we kindly request this be an adult only wedding.

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception, however we do recommend bringing cash or a credit card along if you plan to attend the after party, as drinks after the reception will not be covered.

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos at our wedding. we want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day.
